1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between je77u ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers with, or otherwise makes use of the je77u website and associated services. 3. Account Registration

This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect players from unauthorised withdrawals.

je77u reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where the player's account activity has triggered a compliance review. 4.3 Currency and Exchange Rates

Repeat offenders may be permanently excluded from all future promotional offers or from the platform entirely.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

je77u reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Changes to an ongoing promotion will not apply retroactively to bonuses already credited to a player's account before the effective date of the change, provided the player has not already violated the offer's conditions.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

7. Prohibited Conduct

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Self-exclusion options include cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, and permanent self-exclusion. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. je77u will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of up to ৳200 per month, applied against the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player.
